1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using becomefamous.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
- AI-powered personalized lessons and guidance for social media marketing, personal branding, and content creation
- Marketing agency services
- One-on-one coaching and consultation sessions
- Educational content and resources for creators and entrepreneurs
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
4. Account Registration
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Share, resell, or redistribute personalized content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI systems
- Use bots/automation to access the Platform
- Impersonate others or disrupt Platform functionality
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content (including AI-generated lessons) is owned by PetrovaCo LLC.
Your Content: You retain ownership of what you submit; you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve services.
Generated Content: For your personal, non-commercial use only; no reselling or redistribution.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or results (including social growth or income).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetrovaCo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PetrovaCo LLC and its team from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Payment and Subscriptions
Fees are stated at purchase; pricing may change with reasonable notice.
- Ask Vee Unlimited Subscription: $5.99 per month, billed monthly. This subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
- Full Course Map: A one-time purchase of $39.99 providing lifetime access. No recurring charges.
- Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ask Vee Unlimited → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
- Refunds: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy.
- Free Trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
11. YouTube Integration
The app offers an optional feature to connect your YouTube channel via Google OAuth. By connecting your channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of YouTube data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- You may only connect a YouTube channel that you own or are authorized to represent
- YouTube channel data is used exclusively to display your personal analytics dashboard
- You may disconnect your channel at any time from your Profile screen; this deletes your stored YouTube data
- We do not store your Google account password or full OAuth tokens beyond what is necessary to retrieve channel data
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause or notice.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
14. Governing Law
Delaware law governs these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive participation in class actions.
16. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and PetrovaCo LLC.
